Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- The plastic seal must be intact — if it’s broken or removed, the return will not be accepted.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Sale items, accessories, and limited-edition drops are non-returnable (unless defective).
How to Return
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Store credit is issued instantly after approval.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If your size/color isn’t available, we’ll offer store credit or a refund (your choice).
Refunds
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days with proof (photo/video).
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you
